Arlene oversees accounting, payroll, and purchasing for The PT Services Group. She has more than 20 years of experience managing professional service offices, including an insurance and estate planning firm, and has been with us since 1998. Her expertise increases our efficiency, which helps us to serve clients.
Administrative Support Services
Gretchen has been with The PT Services Group since 1998. She creates a positive experience for all clients and prospective clients by identifying, resolving & directing the resolution of requests from clients and prospective clients. Gretchen also supports the company with responsibilities in employee reporting, payroll & billing.
National Director of Client Success
Joe has worked for The PT Services Group since 2002 and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and management of our clients’ appointment setting programs. Joe has also worked in marketing, quality assurance, and sales for The PT Services Group, providing him with a “big picture” perspective.
Client Success Support
Carla supports the Client Success department’s daily administrative operations. Before joining PT, she worked in multiple industries within the finance and accounting departments. With nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, this allow her to ensure a successful client experience.
National Director of Sales
MarKay manages the development of customized campaigns for financial and insurance producers to meet with business owners and key decision-makers. She has worked solely in the financial services and insurance industries since beginning her career in 1994 with American Express Financial Advisors.
National Director of Business Development
Brad is responsible for helping prospective clients understand PT and our appointment setting capabilities through a consultative approach. Before joining The PT Services Group, Brad was a State Farm agency owner, providing insurance and financial services solutions.
Alisha is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of our Sales Associate team, and has worked to foster PT’s relationship with local community organizations. Alisha also assists with the development of newly-hired Sales Associates to ensure their success and retention with our firm.
Director, Recruiting and Sales Development
Pete is responsible for the development and nurturing of sales skills throughout The PT Services Group. With more than 20 years of sales training and coaching experience, Pete is a valuable resource for Sales Associates. Pete also works with Business Intelligence clients, helping them make the transition into full-time clients.
Team Leader of Health & Welfare
Greg has been with The PT Services Group since 2013, and manages a diverse team of sales associates who make up the Employee Benefit department. His 25 years’ experience in Sales, Human Resources, and Call Center Management allows his group to successfully focus on the on-going needs and expectations of our national portfolio of Health & Welfare clients.
Team Leader of Executive Compensation/Business Succession
Candis has been with the PT Services Group since 2009. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Compensation, Business Succession and Managed Services calling teams. Candis also spearheads many of the company’s community outreach and philanthropic endeavors. With 30+ years of sales and sales management experience, her expertise is in all aspects of B2B sales primarily in the Information Technology sector.
Team Leader of Qualified Plans
Jamin is responsible for managing the Qualified Plans calling team. He has had over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, both in inside and outside sales. His responsibilities over the years have included the hiring, training, and mentoring of new representatives. PT has been his home since 2010 and he has spent time here as a Marketing Associate, Project Manager and Director of Quality Assurance.
